A month-long online photo challenge starting on Thurs 26th March until Thurs 30th April.

Our world and personal lives have been turned upside down. Most of us are fearful and unsettled, but also I have witnessed so much resilience, adaptability and kindness within homes and communities. We are finding creative ways to communicate with each other when we can no longer do this in person, ingenious ways to keep children occupied and happy, and using the opportunity to learn new things or simply 'be' for a while. I wanted to support this part of being human in one of the ways I know how - by offering a photo challenge!
I will provide a series of photography challenges over the course of a month, designed to be done at home, which will give you the chance to learn lots of photography skills. If you already have photography experience, the challenges should provide a creative challenge and some inspiration to guide your practice.
Some of the challenges will focus on gratitude, some encourage better acquaintance with your immediate environment, others promote self-expression and some are designed to see beauty in the everyday. All of the tasks are about making space for creativity, learning new skills and enjoying the process.
I asked earlier today (on my Facebook Page) for name ideas for this challenge. There were SO many good ones, but had to go with Claire's 'Eat, Sleep, Create, Repeat' as it takes inspiration from Fatboy Slim and Riva Starr's iconic dance tune. I also loved Emma's summary of what I am trying to achieve (so clever):
